We make cider and wine from garden apples in Aarhus, Denmark. Our emphasis lies on old nordic varieties with long ripening periods that provide exceptional concentration and flavour. To honor this quality of fruit, we work with the best barrels in France from Tonnellerie Ermitage. In them, our ciders rest for a year to develop depth and complexity. We make ciders that express variety, terroir and vintage in the best way possible.
