  • WELCOME TO OUR AUGUST RELEASE

  • HAPPILY____This new release has reached an even higher level, due to extended bottle aging and amazing raw materiel from single trees. Two bottles from the same garden, both single varieties. Use Me, Reality is an elegant expression of Belle de Boskoop, that has reached a Champagne like feeling with balance and precision. S.24 is a part of the Grand series and is an oxidative cider made from Skovfoged. It is big, broad, slightly oxy and deep. With his release we have pushed the apples even further and can´t wait for all of you to taste the new expressions____they are the pinnacle of what CIDER. CAN. BE.

  • .ASSEMBLAGE

    Our most approachable ciders.

    They are a mix of different varieties, and sometimes we even add other fruit. The majority of these ciders have been barrel aged in old barrels. A small part has seen shiny stainless steel tanks.

    Juicy. Fruity. Balanced.

  • .SINGLE

    Our single variety ciders are expressive, elegant and complex. We isolate our favorite varieties, to showcase their unique traits and qualities. Fermentation is carried out in 3-5 y/o very thick barrels to obtain a slight reduction and some delicate oak flavours.

  • .GRAND

    Our grand ciders are complex, deep and profound. Made from single trees to showcase its unique terroir and expression. Fermentation is carried out in french oak barrels with a focus on oxidation. Only the best barrels will enter this category and they are the pinnacle of what cider can be.
