VARIETY
Discovery—discovered in Essex in 1949 and is the first pick of the year. Known for their strawberry-like sweet flavour and extremely aromatic flavour profile. Ideal for direct press.
Aronia berries—Indigenous to Northern America and was introduced in Europe in the 1940s. They are astringent with high tannin and have a sweet, tart and earthy flavour. With carbonic fermentation, they remind us of Gamay.

They are a mix of different varieties, and sometimes we even add other fruit.
The majority of these ciders have been barrel aged in old barrels. A small part has seen shiny stainless steel tanks.
