An elegant blend of 10% Alexander Lukas pears and 90% Belle de Boskoop apples. This cider is special to us.
On October 13th, while harvesting in Malling, we returned with a bounty of apples—and a few pears. Though originally destined for another use, we made a spontaneous decision to combine everything from that day into one cuvée. Bottled as a pét-nat on October 28th, this cider was born.
The elegance of the pears shines through with notes of honeydew melon, fresh grass, lemongrass, and grilled lemon—all carried by the clean, linear character the pears bring.
