We made the decision in 2024 to buy a lot of oak barrels and extend the aging of our whole portfolio.

The extra time brings everything in balance, softens up the acidity and adds flavour and depth.

Assemblage is french for mix and describes our intention with these ciders; mixing different fruits and varieties to create balanced ciders that are fruity, harmonious and juicy.

Consisting of

1x "THE NEW FRAGRANCE"

100% apples, primarily Filippa is the fantastic base for this fragrant and clean cider.

Notes of green apples, wet stones, lime and white flowers.

1x "HEAVEN OR LAS VEGAS?"

A red fruited cider based on barrel aged cider mixed with free-run aronia wine.

Notes of grapefruit, green strawberries, wild roses, red apples and love.

1x "FATAL ATTRACTION"

A flowery blend of barrel aged Belle de Boskoop apples and wild quince infused in the juice of Belle de Boskoop for 7 days. Notes of pineapple, orange zest, flowers and peaches.
