Discovery apples meet early-harvested aronia berries in this crisp rosé. We started with carbonic maceration on the berries in July, then added fresh apple juice in August for a semi-carbonic touch. It macerated until bottling on October 19th, 2024—then blended with three barrels of 2023 aronia wine. A good call.

Light, juicy, and floral with red berries and zesty acidity. Delicate bubbles. Summer's here.
