This is one of the best ciders we have ever made. It has a precision and a depth, that we rarely succeed in creating. Our favorite variety, a fantastic place, old trees and a beautiful 400L barrel from Seguin Moreau.
Kept for a little longer in the bottle this has gotten an almost champagne character.
